Our very own "Duchess Shelia" stars in the 2009 Krewe of Arfus Pet Parade held on Sunday March 8, 2009 held by The friends of Jefferson Animal Shelter, The Jefferson Parish Animal Shelter and The Krewe of Arfus. Sheila is looking to be adopted. She is deaf but don’t tell her. She gets along with everyone, about 2 years old and sweet! She is energetic and does really well in her crate.
